Few months ago, Miley Cyrus was the talk of the (pop culture) town.. cos of her performance at the MTV Music Awards 2013 and her music video of 'Wrecking Ball'.. but all that controversies overshadowed how amazing her vocals is.. so here, I would like to share a youtube video of her performance at SNL instead.. don't judge, just listen.. balik kampung

This is the last week of school.. My last class is this Thursday. And I'm flying home for CNY the very next day.. :) Will be in MY for about 6 weeks.. will miss the first 2 weeks of Semester 2.. told my adviser and he is cool about it. That's one huge reason why I picked him, he understands and not that rigid with rules.. :)

Sent in my paper last Thursday for a conference in July this year. Hope to get some good news end of Feb.. so at the mean time, I'm just gonna enjoy my holidays back home.. :)

Listen, I understand nothing.

I have sat inside away

From this dampness

To keep my soul dry.

I look for the sun to evaporate

These haunted shadows of rain.
