The last payment was made beginning of this month, and I have finally paid off the student loan that I took almost 14 years ago.. :)
Why did I take so long to repay the loan? Well, I made the minimum monthly payment allowed because I didn't want to burden myself with a big monthly loan payment and also the interest rate was reasonably low..
So now I shall enjoy my debt-free life for a while before I graduate and start thinking of making another big commitment of buying a house... :)
