one of those days..

It's one of those days,
where everything seems gray;
I try hard to break away,
yet it seemed like it's here to stay..

It's one of those days,
where there is many demons to slay;
I try hard to make headway,
yet all seemed so disarrayed..

It's one of those days,
where good things seem faraway;
I try hard to play or pray,
yet nothing seemed quite okay..

It's one of those days,
where there is nothing but dismay;
but I will continue to hold sway,
that the day will eventually go my way....
