Seemed like Herr Paul was a much better predictor than I am..
Watched the last 2 matches involving Spain, and I must say that they really do deserve to win.. Germany wasn't playing their game when they met with Spain.. by watching just the first 10 minutes, I already knew that the Germans has been outplayed by the Spaniards.. while Holland was being way too aggressive in the final... with 7 yellow cards and 1 red card, from committing 28 fouls against the eventual champs..
Also, happy that Thomas Mueller won the Golden Boot.. and the Best Young Player award.. he will be one of the major German players to look forward to in the next few World Cups, while I think Miroslav Klose might have just played his last..
The next World Cup will be held in Brazil.. It would be an awesome experience to watch the world's best teams battling it out in a country that eats, breathes and lives football.. Would love to be there when it happens.. Mmm.. maybe that shall be one of my new bucket-list items... :)
