Here are some of my concoctions since my previous blog entry (下厨做饭) in April..

Dishes:
肉碎蒸蛋 [Steamed egg with minced meat]
辣炒肉碎豆腐 [Minced meat with toufu in spicy sauce]
烧肉 [Roast pork]
东炎虾 [Tom Yam Prawns]
醸豆腐 [Yong Tou Fu]
肉丸炒蔬菜 [Stir-fry vegetables with meat balls]
Kuih:
面煎粿 [Apam balik/Mee Jien Kueh]
蒸鸡蛋糕 [Steamed Egg Cake]
九层糕 [Kuih Lapis - Failed attempt]
